T-Salvation Productions is filming a seen of "Project Angel" at the Taos Gorge Bridge. Bloggers have translated this code name into the most recent Terminator movie sequel.
Filming on teh bidge is scheduled for June 10, 2008. The filming will occur during daylight hours (5a - 8p).
The film company plans to dress the bridge for 2 days, shoot 1 day and strike 2 days. The schedule is as follows:
May 27: "Special Project" advance warning signs posted per New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT).
June 5: Variable message boards installed per NMDOT.
June 7: Move Vehicles and Set Dressing into the NMDOT rest area parking lot, the rest area will be closed from June 7 June 13.
June 8: Set dressing of bridge begins. 30min intermittent traffic control
(ITC) begins at 8a, and will continue 24hrs/day, conducted by Taos County Sheriffs until our last day of strike.
June 9: Set dressing continues with 30min ITC
June 10: Filming with 30min ITC
June 11: Strike with 30min ITC
June 12: Strike 30min ITC continues until 8p or when we're off the road.
June 13: Vehicles and Set Dressing removed from the NMDOT rest area parking lot.
Permits have been obtained from NMDOT District 5, the Taos BLM, and the company is working on finalizing permissions from Taos Pueblo.
